Delete your Icon BJJ Booking account
You can permanently delete your app login account and the in-app account data associated with it. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding.
Important — what deleting does NOT do
Deleting your app account does not:
- ✕Cancel your Icon Jiu Jitsu Belfast membership
- ✕Stop your membership payments or direct debit
- ✕Cancel any direct debit with Ashbourne or your bank
- ✕Remove your academy membership record
To cancel your membership or payments, please contact the academy directly.
If you can still access the app
The easiest way to delete your account is from inside the app:
Navigate to:
Account → Privacy & Account → Delete App Account
If you can't sign in
Submit a secure account deletion request and our team will process it for you.
What gets deleted & what is retained
Deleting your app account removes:
- ✓Your login credentials
- ✓Your app account
- ✓Your app profile
- ✓In-app data associated with your login
Some information, such as attendance history or financial records, may be retained where there is a legitimate business or legal requirement to do so.
